At PAEQ, customer satisfaction is important to us.

## Returns

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return:

- The item must be unused and in its original condition.
- The product must be returned in its original packaging.
- Proof of purchase is required.

## Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns for products that have been damaged through misuse, neglect, or unauthorized modifications.

## Refunds

Once your return has been received and inspected, we will notify you regarding the status of your refund.

Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

## Damaged or Defective Products

If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and include photographs of the issue.
